Refreshments provided. Pre-registration Fee: $25 per person, Free T-shirt, Register online at www.cmmf-inc.org by May 10, 2019. Registration fee day of walk: $30.00. Limited t-shirts available day of event for $12 each. All participants (including parents, guardians and caregivers) walking/running in the event must register/pay.
