Subject: 75th Anniversary of the End of World War II Commemoration

Message: On September 6 at 1:00 p.m, the Old Bardstown Village and Civil War Museum will host a commemoration of the 75th anniversary of the end of World War II, a war that took the lives of over 405,000 U.S. military personnel. We hope you will attend as we remember this time with great reverence. With admission, you will be able to join us for a brief commemoration by Mayor Dick Heaton, American Legion representative Joe Masterson, a World War II reenactment by Gary Vidito and a tree planting at the Village to remember those who served in World War II.
